Kathy Constan LLB, BACo Founder | Director

Kathy Constan graduated with a BA/LLB from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in 1989. She founded Hercules Constan in 1993.

Hercules Constan has provided services to the Water Industry, representing the Water Authorities for over 25 years. Through Hercules Constan, Kathy developed and implemented many innovations to improve the outcomes for her water clients, including cost effective recovery solutions, alternative collection strategies and caveats. In providing legal services Kathy not only deals with the legal issues but also identifies deficiencies in processes and suggests changes to overcome these deficiencies to ensure better outcomes without recourse to the legal process.

Kathy has also advised many businesses in the commercial sector in the operation and management of their businesses. This advice has ranged from structuring, commercial business sales, leasing and property transactions. Kathy has detailed knowledge of property lodgements, particularly caveats and Hercules Constan was recently named as a top Caveat Transactor by PEXA.

In addition to Hercules Constan Kathy also successfully established and operated Contact Collections Pty Ltd. Contact Collections Pty Ltd operated as a mercantile agency for 10years servicing the water, power and roads industries.

Kathy is an alumni of Leadership Victoria and has served on a number of not for profit boards. She is also chair of the Owners Corporation of 434 St Kilda Road, representing over 80 owners.

Kathy enjoys travelling, food, skiing and spending time with her family. She is also fluent in the Greek language.

Joelle Duri Lic. ConveyancerCo Founder | Director

A former PEXA direct Specialist Joelle’s career has spanned the entire conveyancing property sector.

As a PEXA direct Specialist Joelle has facilitated and assisted hundreds of practitioners in their adoption of PEXA. She has overseen settlements and lodgements since commencement of PEXA and is an acknowledged leader in the PEXA workspace.

Joelle’s career commenced as a trainee with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Within a short time she became one of the youngest residential lending managers for the South Eastern Area. This role enabled her to gain an in depth understanding of financial lending including lending criteria and the documentation and lodgement requirements for financing transactions. In 2005, after 8 successful years with the Commonwealth Bank, Joelle completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) at RMIT University.

Since qualification, Joelle has accumulated a wealth of skills across both public and private sectors including roles as a conveyancer, settlements agent and post settlements rectifications officer. Joelle also ran her own boutique conveyancing business before settling in to raise her young children.

Joelle’s most recent role as a PEXA Direct Specialist has enabled her to use her robust skills in leadership, change management, training, and more particularly, her comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing all of which have contributed to her significant success in training her portfolio of practitioners, gaining the respect and trust of her peers in the face of resistance to change.

Joelle’s passion for conveyancing is shown through her professional and proactive approach to working efficiently in challenging environments and managing multiple priorities to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards. She is committed to ensuring excellence in any endeavour she undertakes.

Colin KellyBusiness Development Manager

Over the past 18 years, Colin has forged strong relationships in the settlement, lodgement and property sector and brings a wealth of knowledge to LodgeX.

Prior to joining LodgeX Colin was a partner in a conveyancing firm and then went on to establish a settlement agency in 2008. His agency quickly expanded to service the major banks, including the ANZ, and he also worked closely with SAI Global, undertaking all their metropolitan and the majority of their regional Victorian settlements. The settlement agency grew quickly and transacted over 4500 settlements per year, in addition to the numerous lodgements processed via Land Victoria.

Colin Started his working career in 1990 at Coca Cola as a sales representative and quickly progressed to Sales Manager responsible for the CBD and coastal metropolitan Melbourne. During his employment with Coca Cola, Colin actively managed and successfully rolled out various marketing campaigns for the company.

Donna SmytheConveyancer

Donna Smythe joins our team bringing a wealth of conveyancing expertise and knowledge to the LodgeX family. .

Donna commenced her career in conveyancing over 25 years ago and has held roles in medium to large firms and small boutique conveyancing practices as well as senior in house roles for one of the largest developers in Victoria. Donna has extensive experience in property, conveyancing, mortgage work and has represented parties in purchases, sales, large scale off the plan developments, refinances and other mortgage transactions. Donna has successfully managed teams and been responsible for ensuring settlement targets have been achieved consistently “on time”. It is impossible to list Donna’s knowledge in a short space so perhaps the best way to put it is that there is probably nothing that she does not know in the conveyancing, property, mortgage, subdivision sector. Donna’s appointment confirms LodgeX’s commitment to being the leaders in the “space” and to ensuring that our clients can be confident that their files will be successfully transacted to the highest professional standard.

Sally RichardsBusiness Development and Client Services – NSW

Sally brings to the LodgeX team many years of client service experience gained from working with companies in sectors including aviation, property settlements, banking, advertising & publishing.

In addition to customer service positions Sally has also held roles in senior management, senior sales, senior administration and training.

It is through this wealth of experience gained from localised to nationally scaled and recognised operations, and through Sally's high focus on customer needs and satisfaction, that LodgeX clients truly benefit from the connection and care for their business operations and success.
