LodgeX Legal was founded when we identified a gap in the e-settlement market: a quick, user-friendly e-conveyancing settlement & lodgement solution for property professionals. While ELNO’s such as PEXA and later emerging platforms provide a detailed, hands-on, direct approach to e-conveyancing; LodgeX recognised that direct dealing with an ELNO wasn’t the best solution for every property professional. That’s why we developed Lapp.

LodgeX Legal was conceived as a passion project.

The idea was to create something that successfully combined legal tech with conveyancing/legal practice which would become an integral part of shaping the future of how we all work together to make settlements happen smoothly and efficiently.

Lapp is our bespoke, e-conveyancing platform: designed by property professionals, for property professionals. Lapp takes the hard work out of e-Settlements and e-Lodgements for you. With clear step-by-step processes, Lapp will guide you through your transaction, provide clear communication channels between parties and live status updates, all in a clear, user-friendly interface.

Our Journey has had its challenges

For LodgeX Legal to succeed we had to learn so much about so many different things that would not have been contemplated in a traditional law firm. Terms such as API, UX and scalability now have real meaning within LodgeX, and we continue to be excited by the challenge of pioneering real change.
